Fandango - Pacific Grove

My only issue with Fandango is that the specials are a bit pricey, so while they sounded great, they were out of our price range. So we ordered from their regular menu and the food was just outstanding.

Most disappointing meal we've ever had at Fandango, a favorite of ours for many years. We have never felt rushed through a meal here before. Tonight everything felt hurried. Food was sub par. A pasta dish that i've ordered many times over the years was reduced to something entirely forgettable. The delicacy and attention to detail we've come to expect of Fandango were lost. Sad to feel this way about a Fandango meal.

I've been going to this restaurant for years and it's always 5 stars. I always have the lobster since it's hands down the best lobster I can get in any restaurant in any city. It was cooked to perfection! The service was also incredible. I'm dining by myself these days and I was treated like royalty.

The food was very good, our waiter was marginal. He got a few things wrong and wasn't very friendly until the end when we were about to pay. The manager or owner who fretted us and brought our wine was super nice.

My FAVORITE place to have an AMAZING dinner when I stay in PG at least 3-6 times a year!! Sand dabs that melt in your mouth!! The filet is always perfect!! Don't forget to order the soufflé at the beginning of the evening, you won't regret it.Love to all that gave us the BEST service every time and make me feel like a Queen!!
