Carnitas Don Cuco - Pacoima

I've been to this restaurant many times for their carnitas, and we usually order the family pack because it's absolutely delicious. Recently, we tried their Nachos Supreme party tray through Uber Eats, and it was a big hit! They included plenty of salsas, limes, radish, and a cilantro/onion mix. I will definitely continue to support this small business.

I received just two small cups of salsa with my burrito. When I asked for an extra one, the staff member told me it would cost 50 cents for each additional cup. I had already paid with my card, tipped generously, and didn’t have any cash on me. I really didn’t want to use my card again just for a few small cups of salsa. Because of this experience, I will never return to this restaurant.

The food is made when you order it, so it's fresh and hot when it comes to you. Small restaurant inside, but people kept coming in and out, so you know it's good. Highly recommend restaurant.Food: 5/5

I was driving around the area looking for a restaurant that was open. Don Cuco was open and my girlfriend and I went to try it out. The owner was very kind and courteous. I could tell he had a good connection with his customers the way they both talked to each other. Very family friendly atmosphere. I had the Birria Plate and my girlfriend had the Chile Relleno Plate. The food was incredible. The birria was very soft and flavorful. I don't know what they put in those beans, but they were amazingly good. The tortillas were made by hand and just enveloped all the ingredients so well. My girlfriend enjoyed her meal as well, along with the Orchata. Overall, the food was delicious. The price was just right. The staff was very kind and respectful to everyone in the restaurant. I would recommend you give it a try. You will find something that you will like.
