Panda Express - Pacoima

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. A staff member messed up my order and still expected me to pay for it. When I brought it up and requested to speak to the manager, he shifted the blame onto me. They didn't offer any assistance in resolving the issue and seemed to avoid my concerns. I won't be returning.

Incredibly crowded and only accepts cash—what sort of fast food chain operates this way?

I ordered a larger plate along with some extra veggie rolls, but my order was incorrect. They forgot to include the little duck that was supposed to come with the larger plate. When I pointed out the mistake, they charged me for what they had overlooked. Alondra, the cashier, explained that she did this because it would have been more expensive if I hadn't mentioned it. The kitchen staff also expressed frustration about having to prepare more food. To be honest, they really need to improve their customer service and teamwork, as the manager didn't even step in to help with the situation.

This place was lonely at this time, no customers, I walked in there were a lot of employees there talking among themselves doing nothing didn't acknowledge me coming in, no greeting at all. Andre, the server order# 247707, was very unpolite she started taking her sweet time before asking me what I wanted, then she started giving me the wrong items, she was lost and not interested in helping at all. Then the supposedly manager came out he was rude as well. Bad environment bad place to eat. Also serving of chow mean was very small.

I stopped into to pick up dinner for my family needless to say everyone else had the same idea. I counted 30 people ahead of me and thought about walking out and going some where else but after watching the staff behind the counter I knew it wouldnt take long to get my order. They were like a well oiled machine each staff member knew exactly what they should be doing. It was great to see the younger generation handling like a boss! They all stepped it into high gear and it didn't take very long at all and we were all out the door. Amazing to watch them working like a team. I know why it's my favorite location to go to .
