The absolute place for the worst customer service! these sale ladies today 6/14/2020 looks like they have their job so badly lol!

I was kindly greeted when I walked in. Not one, but two staff members came up to me at different times and were happy to help me find what I was looking for. I saw them do the same for the other customers in the store. The person working at the checkout was polite and thanked me for my purchase. I bought two pairs of shoes for myself and I love them. Thankful these guys are here.

Service was good. Very quiet. Got a few things and the price was not to bad.

The two ladies who work on 6/14/20 doesn’t know what customer service is, no greetings, they didn’t even offer any assistance or whatsoever, I ask one lady for assistance and she act like I was bothering her and they didn’t even say THANK YOU after i purchase the item, and that just blows my mind!!! I used to shop in this store but after today I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 2 hrs or 6 hrs to shop for sports goods or order online! They just lost one local repetitive customer.

The clothing and equipment at this restaurant are good, but the customer service is really poor. The staff is very unfriendly. Some customer service training may be beneficial.
