Bojangles - Pageland

If I could give it zero stars I would. Stopped on my way to work, drive thru attendant was rude over the speaker. Got to window and she continues to be rude with me. I checked my order before I left and not surprised, I was missing an item. They had already closed the window. I say excuse me , the young lady who had been in the background complaining how tired she was opens the window, still complaining she 's tired. I tell her she forgot my orange juice. She goes nad gets it, half hands it out the window without acknowledging me. I have to half climb to reach it.I tell them they need to learn some customer service and they start yelling back at me.Definitely won 't be stopping there again and will be contacting management.Disgusting.

Chicken was awesome. The fries ordered were cold and stale.

Parking: Fair amount of spots but difficult to get in and out of

Ordered curbside and no one came out and it was 10 mins passed the pickup time. I called the store and no one answered. Went to drive thru window picked up food and went home and saw they forgot a combo order. Went back and gave them receipt and they hand me a sandwich. I pointed out on receipt it was a combo so she asked what side, I said Mac and cheese and I was handed fries. Asked for coke and it was Dr.Pepper then when I asked for my receipt back they said they didn't have it. I understand people make mistakes but this happened 2x! Not acceptable and didn't even get an apology for inconvenience! I'll never go back. Poor customer service!!!!

All the food was cold, my wings were overcooked and dried out, fries tasted as if they were sitting for 24 hours, and they gave us the wrong food. The only thing that was good was the cookies.
