Who doesn't like good Doughnuts, they had the lemon filled one that I stopped by for. And had a huge selection while very busy with a car show that was going on in the parking lot. This store sponsors the Cars and Coffee Hinesville car show once a month and has a 10% discount for the show attendes.

They always make my caramel craze ice latte to perfection,! And great customer service, friendly staff.

This place is an absolute joke and completely mismanaged. I placed a mobile order the day before for two boxes of Joe and two dozen donuts. The app says come on in my order is ready. I then waited for 25 minutes just to be told they don’t have box of Joe’s. They said they will give me 5 extra large coffees instead. I asked for a refund but was told I would have to go through the app. So now I’m still waiting for this coffee as I write this. The drive thru is backed up around the parking lot and the inside is packed with people waiting on orders. This is the most inefficient restaurant I’ve seen in a while. Won’t come here again.

If drive the drive through line is long, then it seems priority is then placed on drive through over walk-in population.

Slow can’t describe the workers at this Dunkin. If they were paid for movement they would owe money
