We didnt stay here but visited two times to eat when we stayed at the neighbor hotel. Looks nice and the food is good! Nice rooms and good service. It even had two small gift boutiques. Nice view over the lake and in peacefull area! I would like to stay here next time!

Located in a beautiful lake the hotel is the perfect plan for families. It has everything you need to relax and have fun with your kids. Kids club, kids activities, horseback riding etc. While you can relax and have a nice massage.

The service is very bad in general. Restaurant has the worst service I’ve ever seen in a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was built more than 20 years ago! It is time to upgrade! The tile in the thermal water jacuzzis is old and dirty. General maintenance becomes mandatory. You can still find very old fashion TV's in a suite. Room service needs a lot of improvement, food comes cold and it is not very well served regardless that you have a dining table in the suite. They just come and throw the food, but do not expect the table to be set. They have a large restaurant but what for ?? Most of he time they want you seated on top of other tables because half of the restaurant is closed by a sliding door. Food quality generally speaking is good! Good place to rest but not for more than two or three days!
