Mcdonald's - Palatine

Sort of, but they would need to open at 5:00 AM since I'm out of power and I need a good boost to get going.

I was asked to park in the "drive-thru reserved parking lot," but no one came to assist me for 45 minutes. Later, I was informed that my order wasn't in the system. I didn't receive any notification about my refund. The manager needs additional training rather than just making excuses.

A fantastic McDonald's in Arlington Heights! I switched from another location nearby that constantly had issues with their ice machine. I visited multiple times and was never able to get a chocolate sundae there. Here, it’s always available!

Have messed up my order every time. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers extra cheese and they gave me 2 hamburgers...

I thought McDonald's valued speed, but here the manager stands still and looks at snapchat. The cook first prepares food in gloves, and then in the same gloves sweeps the floor with a dirty broom. And then he cooks in them again.I told him to take off his gloves, so in the photo he is without them. Terrible.. dirty and disgusting. and very slowly
