Bidra med feedbackThis place is delicious, clean, friendly, and super fast. Don't believe the negative reviews. The selection is awesome and the rice, fish, and veggies are fresh. I'm so glad a place like this has opened up in Palatine. It's like a chipotle but for poke bowls.
This place is great and I can't wait to come back! It's so nice to finally have a place like this in Palatine. The service was really fast and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious and way better than I expected. Give this place a try. Pay no attention to the negative reviews!
Really bummed. Won't order here again. Hardly any tuna. The bowl wasn't even full. Way too much rice. Most bites were mayo and rice. Gross. Stop being so cheap. And I hate the way they cut their cucumbers.
Food was the definition of bland: like eating mushy carpet. Rice was gluey, devoid of any real flavor. The salmon was spongey without a hint of seasoning or spice (it is literally the Subway of Poke in the worst possible way). I have no idea where the 5 star reviewers ate but it couldn't of been here. Place was EMPTY which doesn't really matter but there was no ambiance music so it was like eating in a library. The employee was watching videos on his phone at full blast and made the whole experience pretty uncomfortable. Overall, if bland uninspired food is what you want, go here.
The food is really delicious and fresh. Crisp lettuce, fresh fish, the rice isn?t gooey or mushy at all. I love the OG sauce. Definitely going to make this place a regular thing. I?ve been on the lookout for a good poke place
