Gong Cha - Palisades Park

This is the first review I have ever written to inform people about how terrible this restaurant is. I am a big fan of Gong Cha, but this is the worst store I have ever visited. I asked for 30% sugar in my drink, but it tasted like it had 100% sugar. I complained, but they insisted they made it correctly. The atmosphere was not bustling at all, with only a few customers waiting, but I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive a simple cup of iced tea. I hope others reading this review do not have the same negative experience as I did.

The service was fast, with knowledgeable staff who prepared the boba tea quickly after ordering. The price is reasonable, ranging from 4-6 dollars. I would definitely return. Parking is limited, with only a few spots available on a busy street.

Wrong information opens 11:30 and write it open 10:30 came here to waste time

I don’t go to Gong Cha much because of the expensive prices, but the drinks were a delight! I LOVED the star jellies, super cute and we decided to bring a cup of them home.
