Bidra med feedbackBeing disabled, this back-and-forth for a $25 refund was quite frustrating. The next day, I spoke to a manager who said he needed a reference number that wasn’t visible, and he would contact corporate to finalize my refund. He promised to call me once it was done. Four days later, I still hadn’t received my refund, so I called to check on the situation. The person on the phone assured me that my information was in the office and that the refund had been processed, which it hadn’t. I let them know I hadn’t received anything back. He said he would call me back, but I never heard from him. When I called again, nobody answered, and when I visited the restaurant, no manager was available. It seems like Panda Express must be desperate for the $25. At this point, they can keep it, but their service is unacceptable, and the management and staff are just as disappointing. There are zero customer service skills present in this establishment. I recommend only ordering online, as that seems to reflect the kind of environment they project anyway. Each time I returned, we stood around waiting for at least five minutes, completely ignored while at the drive-thru. Not a single greeting or acknowledgment. In summary, I give this place a 0/10 and absolutely do not recommend it. I won’t be returning. If you want good service, try Hop Bo on Palm Bay Road, west of I-95.
Love, what I try to eat in panda, everything I'm looking for a decent price asian cuisine I never had any bad experience eating are tasty and price is right that is our asian fast food to go when we are on the road
Love this location. They are always friendly and with a smile. One of our favorite places to eat.It was not the case before, but they have improved their services recently.
I was walking through door when I heard a man say to his daughter something about the place messing things up... Seeing only 3 entree were available willing to wait but I couldn't try an item to know.. It might be rules but when your store has no food you try get customers to wait.. We walked out.
The chow mein and fried rice are consistently overly sweet, there’s never an option for brown rice, and the white rice is either too hard or too mushy. We're not particularly picky eaters; we enjoy our share of American dishes, so our expectations aren’t too high. We understand that fast food is convenient and may not always be of the highest quality, but the decline in quality week after week is hard to overlook. Today was the last straw when the orange chicken consisted mainly of tough breading and what appeared to be cartilage with very little meat. The fried rice was about 75% sweet. We’ve tried to be patient and hopeful that our experience would improve after several visits, but this place has consistently let us down. We’ve decided not to return.
