Subway - Palm Bay

The restaurant claims online and at their entrance that they are open until 11 PM. However, when I arrived at 9:45 PM, they had already cleaned up and closed, with the doors locked. I felt like I wasted my time.

He transferred my food to a new container without consulting me, even though I had already confirmed my order and asked him to leave it as is. I even offered to pack it myself because he seemed unsure of what to do, but he ignored my suggestion. To make matters worse, he dropped half the food containers on the counter and then placed them back onto my sandwich before continuing to wrap it, which I found quite unsanitary. This experience was quite disappointing, and I believe he should be let go.

The short-haired woman was quite rude to the customer ahead of me, and I believe she mentioned that she was the manager. She also shouted at another staff member. While the food was good, this manager really needs to work on her attitude.

Went in for a sub, got served attitude instead. The first lady that helped us was quick and friendly but the second lady there was extremely rude for no reason.

Google shows that they are open until 11 pm. But they closed 10 minutes earlier, the girl had already turned off the toaster,I wasted my time in vain ??
