Tempura House - Palm Beach County

I've been enjoying Tempura House for around 10 years now. They offer a diverse menu with hibachi, Japanese, and Chinese dishes. I often get takeout, but I’ve also dined in many times. Their ribs are fantastic—so delicious!

When my order was delivered, they forgot both the fried rice and the California roll. I called to request they send those missing items, but they refused, claiming my order was "too confusing" for the person packing the food. I then asked for a refund for the two missing items, but they still wouldn’t agree! Frustrated by the situation, I became rude, and the woman I spoke to on the phone said she wouldn't have a problem with never taking another order from me again. They messed up my order, refused to send the missing items, and flat-out denied my refund! This place is unbelievable! The service is HORRIBLE! I’ve never experienced anything like this before!
