The old Coolinary and Parched Pig were at their best when they operated separately. After they merged, the dining and bar crowds were crammed together, with one side becoming reservation-only. Now, you can’t even find a spot at the bar without joining a waitlist, and you have to wait outside since there’s no standing room or cozy seating. It really killed the vibe. Food: 5, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, but my experience tonight was quite disappointing. I arrived an hour early to enjoy a cocktail, only to be informed that they now have a new policy prohibiting drinks at the bar. Instead, there was a waiting list for bar seating. I had to go elsewhere for a glass of wine. About ten minutes before my reservation, I received a text that my table was ready. However, when I arrived, I was told the table wasn’t actually ready, and they offered me a seat in the back by the bathroom instead. This experience has left me very disappointed in one of my favorite restaurants.
