During our trip to Palm Springs with my 8-year-old, we were on the lookout for a frozen yogurt spot, and I'm so glad we chose this one. The yogurt was delicious, and they offered a wide variety of healthy toppings. The selection was primarily made up of fruits and nuts, with just a few candy options, which encouraged my daughter to opt for the healthier choices. The juice was fantastic as well. We were fortunate to find street parking right outside, but I can see how parking might become challenging during busier times.
The restaurant is overpriced, and when there was an issue with my order, I requested to speak with the manager to resolve it. He simply said, "I'm sorry you're upset about your order, but there's nothing I can do. Thank you." He appeared very nervous, sweaty, and as if he might be under the influence of something. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, and I honestly felt discriminated against by him. I will never return to this place again! I do not recommend it.
The bowls are usually tasty and well served. The ladies working there are nice and nothing to complain about them.The 1 star comes at how the manager, not a worker, the manager, was rude talking to us, customers, including some others and also to some of his staff.After getting my order, I asked to talk to him again to have an understanding on why he was so rude. Instead of giving an apology or any sort of explanation calmly and responsibly, he was even more rude. I didn’t insist further cause my wife was getting uncomfortable.One thing I know, I won’t come back here and will not recommend it to any one.Someone who can’t have some respect to his customers and staff should simply not be a manager running a business.
First time going to this place, seems clean and the cashier was kind.I ordered my smoothie, a bit pricey but good.My main issue is with the manager in charge of this shop. I worked in the hospitality industry for years and something I know, never ever should a manager yelled at customers and make fun of them, whatever the situation is.I wasn’t involved myself directly but what I did witness left me speechless!I never saw such a rude and aggressive manager to some random customers trying to talk to him regarding an issue.I honestly wonder if he was on some meds or else cause this behavior was far from being normal and especially from someone with the responsibility of a manager. It didn’t need much more from this person to be able to file for a police report.It supposed to be a family friendly place, I guarantee it is not.DO NOT GO THERE! It’s an absolute shame this person is in charge there.Take a look to most of their low ratings on here and see how often upset customers mention this manager as being the problem.DO NOT GO THERE
