Rubio's Coastal Grill - Palmdale

I've visited this Rubio's location numerous times since moving to Palmdale, and it has consistently delivered a great experience. There was one occasion when the meat on my nachos was overcooked, but the restaurant made it right by giving me a gift card for a future visit. The fish tacos here are a favorite of mine! They're larger than your typical fish taco and always taste fresh. They seem to be made to order since they're always perfectly crispy. I'm a big fan of their lunch specials and the Taco Tuesday menu; you definitely get your money's worth for dinner on Tuesdays. Their burritos are substantial, and the steak tacos are also an excellent choice. The salsa bar is always well-stocked and clean. You must try their green salsa on the fish tacos, and the chipotle salsa pairs perfectly with the steak. The service is usually very good, and I appreciate their quickness. I've never had a negative experience—everyone is always friendly and helpful. I recommend downloading their app to earn points and access exclusive offers. I definitely encourage you to check out this Rubio's location, especially on a Tuesday!

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic, and the food is great as well. I really appreciate the variety of options available, including burritos, salads, and bowls. I sincerely hope this Rubio's location remains open.

The food was amazing! We ordered delivery of the tortilla soup and salad bowls, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. We really enjoyed it!

My family are pretty happy with our visit. We are a family of 5 and spent about $100. Our food came out quick and tasted amazing. There was two mistakes from when we ordered, was a hectic order so I'm sure there was miscommunication and they fixed it so fast and nicely. Thanh you
