Surprising location for so delicious food. Be warned, currently the restaurant is open for lunch on Wednesday Sunday, and for dinner only Friday and Saturday nights. The quality of food is very high. The passion of the team to share what they love is obvious. La Senhora Lurdes is a fortune for the team! She can help us all who do not speak with hospitality, warmth and pride to the food and process of her team. Whatever is special, order it. We had the grilled octopus special and shrimp with garlic. Especially excellent were the olives (and the court came them with a separate compartment for the pits! The house 'fizzy wine' was lovely. If you order the special of the day, this could be a good place for you. They won't be disappointed.

Food came quickly and many options on the menu. Restaurant was just a few minutes walk from the hotel and opened later than many others.

We ate lunch here Thursday the food was top class and the lady serving us was a gem we had garlic prawns

On our annual holiday to Palmela, we once again visited this wonderful Taverna at the top of the Palmela Castle. The food is excellent, the view is awesome and the staff are just out of this world. A place well worth a visit and less...than 45 mins from Lisbon. We will certianly be back next year at some point Thank you Niece, and we will cherish the Muscatel Alan Valerie Fiona John
