B E Filling Station - Palmer Lake

Use to have gracious people serving fabulous food. Now this place is way overpriced for what you get: no real winners with food, and a couple of losers. And the wait staff belong in fast-food. I won’t go back, nor would I recommend this to anyone. There are many better options. Chef get’s testy if you tell him the soup is cool, or the noodles are too spicy hot. His response is the soup was 180 degrees when he heated it, and he is from Texas where food is spicy hot. He was not approachable enough for me to respond that the soup served to the table was cool, reguardless, and he is now cooking in Colorado.
