Subway - Palmer

I have had several issues at this Subway location. I frequently use the drive-thru, but every time I receive my order it is missing something. On multiple occasions, I ordered a meal and only received a sandwich. I had to ask for the chips and drink that I also ordered, and I never received napkins with my orders. Today was the final straw for me at this location. The intercom has been broken for months, so I drove up to the window and saw a sign instructing me to honk for service. I honked multiple times, but no one came to help me. Another car pulled up behind me and honked loudly, finally prompting a worker to come to the window. Despite there being several customers inside, I waited for over 10 minutes. When I finally placed my order, I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for my food. The sandwich was cold and missing items I had paid for. In a previous incident when I ordered online, I was told my order had been cancelled and refunded because the store closed at 8pm, even though the website stated they closed at 9pm. It took multiple calls to resolve the issue and get my refund. I have been patient with this location for a long time, but the lack of improvement and excuses from the staff have led me to decide not to return. There are other Subway locations in my area that I can visit instead. Goodbye 4 Corners Subway.

The restaurant failed to inform about the brown and yellow lettuce until the end, which was inedible and disgusting. They should improve their quality control.

The lettuce was brown and yellow, which was not mentioned until near the end of the meal. It was inedible and very unappealing. Improvement is needed.

Workers are rude every time I come here and they’re always out of stuff.

Staff used to be slow and annoying to deal with, but it is much better now. Staff nice and quick and don't mess up your sandwich.
