Mcdonald's - PALMERSTON CITY

I ordered an iced latte, but sometimes when I pay for caramel syrup, they forget to add it. However, I can overlook that because they are quick with service. Overall, they get the job done. Food: 3/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.

The restaurant is open 24 hours, but they didn't take our simple order when we arrived. After waiting for several minutes, we saw a car receive their order instead. It's disappointing to experience such unfairness at this McDonald's. What a shame!

Every time I visit this McDonald's, the digital kiosks never work properly. No matter which of the six available terminals I choose, they either malfunction completely or, after spending time entering my entire order, they fail to connect with the EFTPOS terminal. There is a chance to print an order number at the front, but the printer is also out of order! As a result, I can't pay for my order because I don't know what my order number is. While the food was good, the ordering experience is terrible. I suggest using the drive-thru and avoiding the kiosks altogether.

Worker would not deliver food to the table and would yell at as when were only kids
