The staff member couldn't even manage a smile. I ordered a $13 pack and asked if I could substitute a crab stick for a sausage, but the guy just shook his head in response. The employees there appeared quite miserable, and I can understand why. It's not very welcoming for New Zealanders. The shop itself is tidy, but the customer service is lacking, with expressions that are as stony as can be.

Skip the fish and chips and reach directly after the Chinese menu. The owners know how to use a wok and it's all delicious.

Friendly and prompt service. The food is fresh and crisp and tastes good. A little more expensive than the place I usually go, but not by heaps. Thanks for putting a smile on my face on a hard night!

Food was OK. There was a strange smell that kind of hit you when you walk in. Wasn't bad fish. Smelled more like old blood and fish

Sweet and sour pork was dry, no sauce on it, it was rubbish sad to say.
