Domino's Pizza Pioneer Highway

I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant—three out of my last four orders were incorrect. The pizzas were either overcooked to the point of being hard like crackers or burnt, and the sauces I requested were missing. It seems they consistently make mistakes, and when I tried to address the issues, they wouldn’t resolve them. In fact, they even blocked my partner's number.

The pizza was just as I expected—better than the one I had at Browns Bay in Auckland. I really enjoyed it! I will definitely be returning. I just wanted to compare it with the Browns Bay shop, as their pizza has been disappointing this year. Keep up the great work, Domino's PN! The big pizzas are a hit!

It's Domino's at the end of the day, you get what you pay is a cheap pizza brand, but still tasty enough and worth what they charge. My 5-star food rating does not compare it with premium brands that I prefer the flavors of, but only that Domino made it the best what her recipe allows

Staff where friendly and good customer service, even if they are busy

Dominos has become a very hit and miss experience, depending on what the staff is currently. A few days you will get a great pizza and friendly efficient staff, other times You have a total material up, wrong pizza, long wait for preordered pizza. I would say on average you would get about 1 in three orders up to scratches. Very little care in preparation and presentation and cooking. Over or under sauce, very rare you get a pizza that is even cut through the whole way. Dominos Stanards, in my opinion, have gone a long time.
