Very poor customer service, do not use the online order option. Ordered online, did not receive confirmation of ordered, contacted the chipper, who confirmed they did not receive the online ordered. I was charged for the order, advised the chipper re the charge, who told me contact the 3rd party website re the online order. Original order was placed at 5pm, cancelled the order at 5.20pm, food arrived at 6.50pm. I made contact with the chipper re a refund, who refused to deal with me and will not process the refund.

They never give you a full bag of chips. The scabbiest bag of chips in dublin. They Never take card. Always cash only !!!
