When my daughter went inside to pick up the food 20 minutes later, our order was wrong. Instead of admitting the mistake, he yelled at us, claiming we were causing trouble and even called us liars. He became increasingly agitated when we simply asked him to correct the order—emphasizing that we had not miscommunicated it! His outburst escalated to the point where he claimed he now had to throw the food away because of us. He even had the audacity to say we couldn't be "wrong and strong" at the same time. With that, he walked away from the counter and tossed the food in the trash. At that point, we just wanted a refund and didn't want any food from them. Suddenly, he was willing to resolve the issue after throwing a tantrum. But honestly, it was too late for that! His behavior was more fitting of a toddler throwing a fit than a professional in the service industry. I will never return!
