Stars Drive-in - Palmview

Went in during happy hour to get some drinks for my employees, another car drove in behind me, and there were two cars in the parking lot, so a total of 4 cars. Customers were there, and the two cars that were there, the car hop was giving them their food, so I park and press the button, it took a good five minutes to answer the call, so finally an individual answers, later to find out. The manager, Mr rodriguez, I start ordering, mind u, I have ten employees, and I was pretty much going to get the same drink for everyone, cherry limeade, so ask, slush? I said sure, yes, and he says, call back when ready to order, and cuts me off, I'm there wondering wth just happened, I know, and I hear he answered the car next to me, and I say fudge this and start driving off. What really got me was that when I was on the other side driving off, the car hop comes out with a bag of ice, yes ice, he lost a $50 sale for ice... so I call and ask who's taking orders. And he says I am, ok, ur name? Nada. Ok let me speak to the manager, he says I am the manager.. give ur name... at this point, yes I'm pissed, and I tell him what he did and he says, I'm short staffed and really busy.. are u serious? There is two cars there, another car and me, the other two had left by now, ok give me ur dms , he says there isn't anybody, just corporate, ok give me the number, and the punk tells me, it's on the Menu.... dude worst employee ever, I know I'm only one person, but I will never eat at any stars ever, and I will damn make sure none of my family does either

Horrible experiences every time we go We always click the buttons 5 times and get no response The last time we went there was a girl at the window staring at us clicking the button and didn't even bother in coming out to help us We left after a 35 minute wait Cars that were near us also left Really sluggish people there. I called to the restaurant after seeing that the large order of onion rings were not in my order. When calling for the 3rd time because they did not answer the first two times I called before a young girl answered and asked me what was my problem. She did not answer properly and yet did not ask in a kind manner. I told her about the missing onion rings and she asked for my name. I constantly asked her for her name and she denied on giving it to me. She then put me on hold and hanged up on me. I called again and no answer. This is no way a person should treat a customer and poorly customer service is always given at this location.

A basic Stars right off the highway on the frontage road taking a star off because their OPEN sign wasn't on, so I had to drive around twice to make sure they were open.
