Dunkin' - PALMYRA

There was unambiguous confusion with my drive through order. I was charged for 4 boxes of Munchkins when I only wanted two. It happens right; as long as I get what I pay, I can find a family to give the extra Munchkins, but then they gave me only 3 boxes of the 4 I paid. So I had to park and take the toddler out of the car and get the fourth box as I paid for it. On the top my drink was hot and wonderful and the donuts were delicious, there was just definitely some confusion with the ride through!

I love coming here, but don't miss waiting in line for over 15 minutes to get a hot coffee

I got a large iced coffee here this morning. The girl who greeted me was amazing. She had a white polo on and had the best attitude ever. She made me feel like I was back home in New England again. The stuff is always fresh and the coffee is to die for. You need to consider giving that girl a pat on the back or even a raise. It was around 9:10 when I left the store. I'll go back there again because of her!!

The staff here is quite unprofessional and unhelpful, and they won't even give you your change. There are several other coffee shops nearby that are worth trying. I know I will!

I would give this place zero stars if it were an option. It’s frustrating enough to go out of my way for a coffee before work, only to find the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. It’s even more disappointing when you finally get to the front and your order is wrong. I've lost track of how much money I've wasted here due to incorrect orders. One time, I specifically asked for a large hot caramel macchiato and ended up with just a large cup of hot milk. I will no longer be coming back to this location.
