Villa Nova's Pizza - PALMYRA

Good pizza is hard to find. We're happy to have this place by the lake. Is something special today for lunch! The place bounced and the lonely waitress (Cathy, according to the name on the Toast reception) was on the ball. She was fast, multitasking and didn't miss a step. Our food was fast and hot as it was for everyone else in the restaurant. Thank you. Cathy!

Every time I pizza or really all staff is pleasant and quick to help. Food is always good and fresh. Stop the good work!

Definitely our FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE in the state (about 20 minutes from Charlottesville, Virginia and well worth the drive , probably on the entire east coast...utterly delightful, cozy, and welcoming. Comfy booths! : Everything MADE FROM SCRATCH by people who really know how to cook. The ingredients are SUPER FRESH, the pizza is served hot, quickly from oven to table, still bubbling, with generous toppings...and when you ask for extra cheese, you really get it! The service has always been FRIENDLY and efficient (thank you, Becky! And all. : . Their sweet tea is addictive: large, icy glasses, deep black tea flavor, the perfect amount of sugar, and quick refills. We would love to try their pasta someday, but never can get past this AWESOME PIZZA! : And for bread lovers...the warm, buttery garlic knots with a cup of their tomato soup on a snowy day will make you a regular. : This type of first class cuisine is hard to find. A hidden treasure.

The Villa Nova special hit the spot with the fresh ingredients, was a nice experience. Staff were welcoming.

I overall love there food. But I love the garlic knots the most. The knots are hit or miss depending on the day but I like it when it’s a little more cooked and not soaking in the oil..today they had it the way I liked it..and the employees were nice..they were super busy too! But I will definitely come back!! Oh and there pizza is super good too!!!
