Bidra med feedbackNow, I've been a loyal Samsung customer for ages. I've gone through a bunch of their phones, including the Fold 4 (which, by the way, is a total game-changer). It's nice to see a store that's as committed to Samsung as I am.And let's not forget the atmosphere – it's got that comfy vibe. You know, the kind that makes you want to hang around and play with all the gadgets even if you're not planning to buy anything (but who are we kidding, you'll probably leave with something awesome).
Very nice store, and all the Samsung devices are laid out on display, so you can pick them up and get a feel for the device before you purchase. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to drive the 45 minutes there to pick up my new Galaxy watch 6.
Had great service from the time I made the phone call and when I had my appointment. Thank you Oswaldo and Fernando. Call products and you'll get Oswaldo. Look for Fernando when you get to the store, but ask the guys are great there!
Team member didn't bother to look at my issue. Just tried to up sell me the newest phone. I've been a samsung phone user since 07. Never thought of switching until now...
I was charging my Samsung A52 5G in my work truck, as I always do.It had only been charging for 20 minutes. I got out to make a delivery (5 minutes). When I came back to the van, my phone was making a sound I had never heard it make before. It was a warning that said, the phone had detected moisture and was shutting down apps. The moisture it was detecting was the rubber of the charging cable that was melting.Apparently the cord had shorted out and was melting into the charging port.I tried to pull the cord out of the phone, but it separated from connector, which was stuck in the port of the phone. By the time I got home the connector was like welded into the port. It took my son and I about an hour of pulling with the pliers to get the connector out, and when it came out, it didn't come alone. Pins from the port came with it.The next day, I took the phone to Geek Squad. The Geek told me that, they had been instructed by Samsung to return any and all spare parts for the A52 5G phones to them, and Not to repair any of these phones. He suggested that I try U break, I fix. I took the phone to the store in Santa Clara. When I showed my phone to the guy at the counter, he gave it the once over, looked it up and down, looked into the port and said; Nope. Sorry, cant do anything for you. The problem goes all the way down to the motherboard. This phone is basically useless, Sorry. And handed it back to me.I then went to the Samsung store in the Stanford Shopping Center. The guy at the counter took my phone in the back to check with service department. When he came back, he said it would be $500.00 to fix. It cost $500.00 brand new. He suggested I upgrade to the newer versionWhen I told my son what had happened, he asked if he could try fixing it. I said, sure, why not!He found the Charging Port board and a new back plate on Amazon. Total price for both parts, with required tools, plus 2-day shipping, for under $35.00. When the parts arrived, it took him less than an hour and a half to put my phone back together.I will Never buy another Samsung phone again.
