sweetgreen - Palo Alto

This is the saddest $17 salad I've ever had. The bowl came half empty. Look at how tiny the piece of fish is. Seems like spicy broccoli weren't grilled at all. This is so different from what sweetgreen advertise on their website. It's sad to see how sweetgreen doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction or quality of the service they provide. Won't be coming back. If you want some decent salad, make yourself a fulfilling bowl at the Whole foods salad bar down the road.

Their salad combinations are amazing I tried the vegetarian ones and they tasted good

Ordered the honey hot chicken and this is what arrived. Just super unappetizing looking and super terrible taste. Honestly looks like they were trying to make it look horrible. How is this acceptable? This is how it arrived.

Horrible service. I came there couple days ago. I was ordering a custom made one, the guy was trying to charge just because I asked him little extra cilantro and when I told him that the guy serving said in a VERY MEAN TONE that this is the rule, I don’t make rules !!! I walked away, not coming here anymore, not recommending to anyone because of horrible service

Easily the worst part in SweetGreen in America. The pick up line is a free for all, where they will hold your order behind the counter for 45 minutes while Uber Eats folks crowd you out. They will literally never bring it to the pick up area where everyone would be able to get their own food. It’s so bad, and takes so long, every single time. Worst part is it’s easily fixable if anyone tried to manage this place.
