Kitty and Megan were fantastic at Roberts. I received $96 for a large bag of items, which included mostly new things, with only 10 being used. The store is very tidy and well-organized. I also found some great gently used outfits for my son. It was nice meeting you all; I’ll definitely be back!

Just as a comparison, I visited another location in Orland Park, and it was a complete mess and not enjoyable at all! This place is by far the best around. Edit: I brought in five bags yesterday full of seasonal clothing in sizes 8, 2T, and 3 months. They accepted a lot of it and I received a check for $125! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I love this place!

This store is delightful, especially with its fun shopping carts designed for toddlers. While the clothing prices are higher than at the Salvation Army, you’ll still find great items for less than retail prices, plus everything is neatly organized by size, which saves you from digging through racks. It's important to remember that the owner needs to support their family too, even with the abundance of options available. I picked up several pairs of lovely Polo khaki pants for my boys, along with some stylish dress shirts. My son absolutely loves the brand-new Cars slippers we found for just a few dollars. We’ll definitely keep shopping here and highly recommend it!

I always had a good experience, which my children gently instructed objects here. They are fair and their Re-Sell prices are reasonable so that you will not feel how you will get. I think we can sometimes forget that when we assign that our articles are sold to a discount, and it is a business. So that I said, I'll bring my child's articles that we haven't used here for almost two years. Sometimes I wish I'd get a little more considering how much I paid, but just think... You couldn't get anything! I also give away a lot of friends, so it's nice to get something back once in a while. I do not agree with other reviews and would encourage you to take your articles here if you are looking for a little extra money. If nothing else, you can also buy here as they have a nice selection of clothes and baby items, so you feel that you get a bargain at the end.
