Mas Salvi - Pals

Very nice and elegant. kitchen of everything very clean. highly recommended

Boutique hotel near the village of Pals, with pool and green area. the normal rooms are in a kind of bungalows separated from the farmhouse. they are spacious, comfortable bed and large bathroom. start to notice the passage of time and would need some arrangements. there is a small swimming pool and hot tub. free parking. There is a bar and restaurant. breakfast includes quality sausages, fried eggs and beicon. I would have dropped a coffee maker or water heater in the room and lit some of the firewood fireplaces in the living rooms of the farmhouse.

The hotel is very good. outdoor spaces are very nice, the room (double of luxe) is large and modern and the food is very good; the buffet breakfast is of quality and with a lot of variety. but the service is not up to date: neither the receptionist, who was kind but despoiled and not proactive, nor the waiters, who are very dry and do not transmit to be in drier with their work.

Entorn immillorable, servei correcte, instalacions exteriors molt bé, menys a la nit que no hi havia llum per fer el camí cap a les habitacions, habitació gran però li faria falta un repàs a les parets (costat tauleta de nit i sobretot a la banyera que hi havia humitats i florit entre la paret i juntes de la banyera que no et convidava a fer un bany, crec que tindrien que posar un responsable per cuidar aquest detalls pel preu que val una habitació. El restaurant primers segons per triar, una oferta molt pobre per el preu que es paga. L'esmorzar tampoc està a la altura per els preus que es paguen. En fi crec que el director tindria que pasar uns dies de vacances al lloc com a client i fer una autocrítica constructiva, per veure les mancances que hi han (menu restaurant, esmorzar i habitacions) de les que es responsable.

The place is idyllic, close to pals. We had a standard luxe room with half board, located on the other side of the central area past the small spa. the excellent staff deal. They give a benjamin of cava and some sweets on arrival. the walls of the room are not well isolated and you listen to the conversations on the other side, the tv etc.....in there was a bad smell of closed and mold and we asked for a change, they gave us to the was better although in the corners of the bathtub there were humidity. The mattress is from docks, it already has its safe time. I've slept regular.I'd be great if you'd invest a little in new mattresses, better pairs isolated. Maybe put water boilers in the room with some tea envelopes or coffee as a courtesy. The tv would look better if they hung it on the wall. very good breakfast, quality products, the night menu also quality drinks are partly. Even if they let children go, it's not a suitable place for them.
