Villa Amazónica Y Rooftop

Nice staff and reception. Bedroom is cozy and features a good shower Attention. There is a bar on the 2nd floor which means this is not a quite place. The hotel is also located in a area full of night life which means a lot of people and cars on the street until late night. Good for a short stay and for those looking for vibrant nights!

2 for 1 still paid for 4 drinks when supposed to Pay for 2, drinks were meh anyway

We were not given the balcony room we paid for, the room and sheets were dirty. There was hair under the sheets and around the room that was not discovered until the second day. Even after it was cleaned a second time, the room remained dirty.There was no hot water, and the shower was not constant. Villa Amazonica has never given any compensation, despite giving offers that were later withdrawn after leaving. The manager ignored communication regularly, and was unable to provide any level of adequate service. I was blamed for booking through Booking.com, see attached image. If I could advise one thing or prospective bookers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It is terrible value, it is dirty, and the staff regularly ignore communication. This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at on my many travels. AVOID!!

Really great cash. it is on the roof terrace and you can see everywhere. they have a dj and a laser light on the sky. the drinks are a little more than the others, but it's worth it. I ride a more detailed review with what I experienced in the hotel on another post.
