Bidra med feedbackI had a disappointing experience with the general manager at this restaurant. When I called to discuss my order, she was unhelpful and dismissive, repeatedly stating that no delivery person would come to my apartment complex. I found her attitude quite rude and unfair, as I was just trying to order and pay for my pizza. It's frustrating to be judged like that when all I wanted was to enjoy a meal.
This was the worst dominos i?ve ever been to. Ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 10:30. Waited inside until 11:25. Workers were cussing like crazy and being insanely rude. Only the girl who was actually making the pizza was kind and Ifeel bad for her. She needs a raise. Someone get this shop under control. Dina and the other guy had been throwing away pizzasand yelling at the other workers for it. The girl who needs a raise had red hair.
There is a lady always in bad mood, every friday after 5 ,she is been with us super rude, and with bad arritude every time we order, I dont know her name beacuse she doesnot have her name tag, any ways is not to hard to be nice with the costumers ,pizza is good, but why be rude ?? the rest of the crew always nice and smiling every time I pick up my pizza .
I often order from this restaurant, either by walking in or calling ahead. Unfortunately, the quality of the food can be inconsistent. Today, I decided to support the restaurant by opting for delivery and even tipped the driver. I ended up paying $1 more for my online order compared to what I would have paid in-store, and overall, I spent an additional $11 or $12. When my food finally arrived, it was burnt—another disappointing delivery experience. I had ordered extra sauce and cheese on a thin crust pizza, but all I could taste was the crust with just a hint of cheese. The sauce was barely there, certainly not the "extra" I paid for. It seems like prices keep rising while quality takes a nosedive. All I want is to receive what I paid for and what I ordered—it's really that simple! You would think they could manage that!
Clark, the delivery driver, was incredibly friendly. He followed the instructions perfectly and had a fantastic attitude. The pizzas were cooked just right and tasted amazing; I'm sure the corporate team would be pleased. The pre-scheduled delivery was only 9 minutes later than planned, which is much better than our experience in North Carolina, where we traveled from on vacation. Up there, you can expect your pizza to be at least 50 minutes late. Here, it arrived hot and fresh. Plus, they didn't forget the garlic and ranch! Kudos to the great team tonight!
