J's Jamaican - Panama City Beach

This place was by far the best everyone was so nice and the food was Amazing we went back the next day, and plan to go back today

I live here in PCB. I love food. This is one of the best restaurants in this area. Excellent flavor and freshness. We got the Jerk chicken. Tender juicy pieces of chicken which were cooked with Jerk seasoning. The Jerk season was a ton of taste with a little spiciness. I ordered the extra stewed chicken gravy which was over the moon. The coconut pecan rice was fluffy and fresh. The steamed vegetables were the perfect side to the jerk chicken. They were not fancy smancy semi raw vegetables, these were cooked like my matriarchy did forever. Of Note they did offer a raw version of the veggies, each to his own. Long May You Run my brothers. The food was absolutely incredible! I highly recommend it! The staff was extremely friendly, and the dishes disappeared quickly.

This restaurant is excellent. I often visit Panama City Beach, and there aren't many great dining options, but this place offers solid food and is frequented by locals, which is always a good sign. It's not geared toward tourists, based on my experience. The food was very fresh and flavorful. I had the curry goat, which I often order when eating Jamaican cuisine, so I have a good reference point. The pasta salad had a sweetness to it, which I enjoyed, but I wish there were more options on the menu; that's my only recommendation. The fried chicken was incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend this place. There was a bit of a wait, which I didn't mind because it meant my food was freshly prepared and not just kept warm under a heat lamp. The restaurant is conveniently located across from the beach, and the outdoor picnic area is quite nice. The interior is not as appealing, but hey, it's the beach! I recommend this restaurant and hope you enjoy it.

We ordered the ox tails and curry goats. My husband is a really picky eater and doesn't like to touch his food. They were very accomodating and the portions were plentiful and delicious! This place is a jewel! We eat here every time we are in Panama City Beach! So much service and food! It is also right opposite the road from the beautiful beach! We were impressed!
