Papa Johns Pizza - Panama City Beach

I was quite frustrated with how this restaurant handled their orders; they seemed to struggle to get any of them right. However, I received a call from Danielle, the manager, who was very professional and assured me that she would address the issues. I'm giving four stars for her effective resolution. Thank you, Danielle!

The estimated waiting time was 95 minutes, but the experience turned out to be more about the excellent friendly service, and the pizza was absolutely delicious!

Stacie was the next driver who brought my new pizza, and she was just as pleasant. She made sure I had plenty of napkins and spice packets. I attempted to return the incorrect pizza, but she insisted that I keep it. Despite the mix-up with my order, the staff went above and beyond to make things right. The customer service here is outstanding! Thank you so much!
