Bidra med feedbackMy dad and I decided to stop by for dinner one night after I finished my shift at Walmart, around 10:20 PM. Normally, you might expect late-night food to be cold or unappetizing, but it was the exact opposite. Everything was fresh: the fries were hot, and the burgers were delicious. The drive-thru attendant was also very professional and polite. Overall, it was a great experience!

When we finally shared the first item we wanted, she asked if we needed anything else, then abruptly cut us off to say, “No? Okay, pull up to the next window.” When we tried to let her know we weren’t finished, she sighed and smacked her lips again, then said, “Well, hold on.” But what was there to wait for? There were only two cars ahead of us. I understand that the staff might feel overwhelmed with online orders and other responsibilities, but that doesn’t excuse the attitude. We ultimately decided to leave, as we felt there was no way our order would be correct or treated properly given how irritated she was. They really need to improve.
I really want to give this place zero stars, but it’s only because of one specific employee. I didn't catch their name, but as soon as I pulled up to the order box, I was greeted with a loud sigh and a noticeable attitude. I was in the middle of placing my order when I was interrupted and rushed. When I mentioned that I had another item to add, the response was another loud sigh, a lip smack, and a dismissive "well, you have to wait." Frustrated, I canceled my order and took my business elsewhere. Whoever is working the drive-through needs to be removed and reprimanded immediately. Customers don’t come for attitude and negativity; they come for food and a pleasant experience. I hope this employee sees this and realizes the importance of treating others the way they would like to be treated.
