Disgusting. When we moved into the window, the checkout window has it back to the car munching on an ice cone, no gloves, with long ratchet nails. She takes my card on the ICE CONE. We pay, she turns around and works on our order without washing hands or tightening gloves after eating her cone. Then she eats her cone while we wait for the food. Once the food is ready, she puts her cone down and gives us no hand washing or glove again, only her bad fake nails and ice fingers. Increase your standards.

Worst DQ experience ever. Clueless workers and paid almost $30 for burgers from the microwave! Bun was so hard it had to be thrown away. Ordered the Smores Shake and got a chocolate shake. What a waste of Time and Money .

We waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes?then waited another 7 minutes or so at the window. This is after they gave us our first ice creams then they had to figure how to make a sundae. The lady in the restaurant with a septum nose ring was so so rude. Closed the window in us at drive thru then was rude when I went into have my desert re made. I did all I could to keep my composure. I liked the fact that the burgers were hot. But the fries stayed under the heat lamp for 25 minutes then the order came out. We asked for ice creams to come after meal. They brought them before. Way under staffed because we were the only 3 in there at that time. More came in after. It's just to long to wait when your running in to grab a bite real quick doesn't apply here. But food was good.

Update The store manger (Austin) called and apologized for the incorrect order and offered to redo the order free of charge. Went today and everything was perfect. Thank you Austin for the great customer service!!! Ordered 8 chili hot dogs. 4 with just chili and 4 with chili, onions, mustard. Employee came out and advised the order truck didn't bring hot dogs on the day it came so they only had 4 hot dogs. She offered me to choose 4 other items from the menu and apologized. Got 4 burgers. Got home and there were only 3 chili dogs, not 4. All had cheese (we're lactose intolerant), no onions, and no mustard. I've attached pictures of the hot dogs (the 1 with mustard is from my wife putting it on at home before I could get the picture) and receipt. So word of warning when visiting this location on Tyndall Parkway.
