Ihop - Panama City

I don?t know where to begin. The workers were cussing and screaming in the back. Waiter brought our bill out 30 mins after we ordered our food (hadn?t even got our food at this point). Milkshake was completely melted. Finally get our food. My hash browns are burnt to a crisp. The eggs are so over cooked I can?t even cut them. I usually don?t complain, but 40 bucks for dinner and it?s garbage. They wasn?t busy either, like one other couple eating. was several workers in there.Place had trash and dishes left on every table. I don?t mind waiting, I get places get busy and have there own reasons for delays. But I expect the food to be eatable.

Breakfast at IHOP on Christmas is a tradition for my wife and myself. It's the only place in town where you can get crepes.Parking: Plenty of parking

IHOP is re-open after Hurricane Michael. Pleasant staff, fantastic food.The staff is wonderful. Food is always fantastic.

While waiting for a table after seeing numerous dirty tables sit untouched.. watching the hosts be extremely rude to other customers..we left.. what a terrible place. First and last time.

Changed to 3 stars for the manager calling and speaking with me. I will review again once my family and I can go try again.We went and waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before being spoken to. Then we were told they had to complete Door Dash orders in order for us to be seated. Needless to say, we left.
