Mcdonald's - Panama City

The girl who typically works in the morning is incredibly friendly. She always provides a wonderful personal touch to each visit! The food has consistently been accurate.

The Shamrock Shake season has arrived, and these shakes are absolutely delicious!

"Do you often place your orders here? The staff is very friendly and attentive, which is especially important these days. The restaurant has easy access for entering and exiting, and if dining in is allowed, it is kept clean."

I have a problem with customer service! If I go thru, don't I want to greet you? You can order if you are ready?! What happened to McDonald?s can I please take your order?! Then come to the second window and just have food out of the window! No word from the employee! No, good evening, have a great night NOT!!!! It's very rude! You must do a service on customer service!!!! And just a bit in my double cheeseburger that I only asked cheese and onion and it is a whole double cheeseburger!!!

There was an issue and we had to wait in the drive through for a while but when they had realized the mistake they apologized so nicely, we told them it was no worry but because they felt bad they went the extra mile, made fresh food, and compensated us for it. They apologized again and we were on the way. It was pretty impressive how nice they were especially how late it was. I needed to make sure that this Crew knew what a great job they did!
