Stopped here for lunch on Sunday the 9th. The 2nd day of our vacation in Florida. My husband wanted fresh oysters. He wound up with 3doz of the best and largest raw oysters ever. I enjoy hot buffalo wings, they had the Best wings I have ever had. Large but not fatty and the perfect taste. The kids ordered sea food and po boys. The rest of the trip we tried to find better food but were unsuccessful. Don't waste your time anywhere else their food was the best.

We love to watch football games here cause its fun the oysters are great half off on game days... If you haven't tried it you have to try the crimbrula with slices the best..

We stopped in here on the 4th of July when they were very busy. Although there were 7 of us, we got pretty good service and food. We found a table big enough for us inside and the server took our order right away. Two of us had the tuna dip, and it was good. Husband had boiled shrimp, son-in-law had oysters. Both seemed to enjoy them very much. The happy kids had cheeseburger and grilled shrimp. The unhappy child had chicken fingers. In Salty Hawg's defense, this is definitely not a chicken restaurant. Everyone that ordered something they specialize in enjoyed a wonderful meal in a quaint, upbeat environment. We will eat here again.

We ate fried oysters, fried grouper, and fried shrimp. One of those days where we wanted fried food. Portions were very large and over all was great. Loved sitting there watching the boats come in.
