Great environment. had a coffee, could not find my card. given coffee on the house. met a few nice people and sat and worked on laptop and had a lunch later! the personal is really polite and clean.
The food was enjoyable, but the staff provided poor customer service and were very rude. I will not be returning to this McDonald's.
Today was not a good day for these mcdonald’s. from any reason they locked the door on one side and then the drive-thru takes forever. all places where they can wait are full and it takes too long to get our food. the dame, who commands, sounds like English a second language for them. a little hardships with communication. I've visited this place mostly, but it's never been like that, not sure what the deal is today.
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for 5 years, but the quality has really gone downhill in the past year! This time, they forgot to give me the jelly I asked for, which wasn't a big deal. However, halfway home I realized they also forgot to give me my oatmeal. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, I had trouble communicating with the staff due to a language barrier. The manager, a short man with bleached hair, was very rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the situation. He even made a disrespectful gesture towards me. It is clear that this place needs better training and improved communication among the staff.
