Le Dolce Tahiti - Papeete

Very good restaurant with a very varied menu, be careful not to come at the end of the service otherwise there will be some dishes out of stock (I see it more as a guarantee of quality . Some comments are said to have remained unsatisfied; this was clearly not our case, I even struggled to finish my plate despite the fact that it was delicious. The desserts were outstanding in both presentation and taste. The waiters see very well for some. Only downside, the cocktails that we find quite expensive compared to the service. Obviously, you have to put the price on it, for cocktails, starter-dish-dessert for three people, two bottles of water and a few glasses of wine we exceed 200€, a price which is high but which remains very understandable by the quality of the dishes and service as well as the fact that life is much more expensive in Tahiti than in France. (Original Très bon restaurant avec une carte très varié, attention à ne pas venir en fin de service sinon il y aura quelques plats en rupture de stock (je vois ça plus en comme un gage de qualité . Certains commentaire on dit être resté sur leur faim; ce n'était clairement pas notre cas, j'ai même eu du mal à finir mon assiette malgré le fait qu'elle était délicieuse. Les dessert étaient remarquable tant part la présentation que par le goût. Les serveurs bien voir très bien pour certains. Seul bémol, les cocktails que l'on à trouver assez cher par rapport à la prestation. Évidemment, il faut y mettre le prix, pour cocktails, entré-plat-désert pour trois personnes, deux bouteilles d'eau et quelques verres de vin on dépasse les 200€, prix qui est élevé mais qui reste très compréhensible par la qualité des plats et du service ainsi que par le fait que la vie est bien plus cher à Tahiti qu'en France.

Wonderful experience with excellent oriented. we choose two dishes of the day: the black angus raosted bark with sweet potato cake and the salmon-stare, lemon cream and fry. we end the lunch with the chocolate cake fond and the lemon cake. we have taken two cocktails at the beginning, I suggest to them the dark dolce. I have barely recommanded the dolce restauranr for all lovers of food, with a four star service. warm gratitude to the cook

Excellente expérience au Dolce pour le soir du 31/12/2021, les repas était d'excellente qualité, le service bon mais nous avons eu beaucoup de relance pour que l'on consomme plus c'est dommage car ça aurait pu être fait plus commercialement, on a apprécié le service malgré tout dans sa globalité. Le temps d'attente des repas était dans la moyenne. Je vous le conseille

Our last night in Tahiti before flying home early tomorrow. What a fabulous dining experience. Knowledgeable friendly wait staff and food that was a taste sensation. We particularly enjoyed the goats cheese salad and the seafood risotto was also a taste sensation. Both dishes were beautifully presented. We had no intention of eating dessert but the mango mousse encased in a thin layer of chocolate was divine. If you like cocktails there seemed to be a great selection to choose from
