Bidra med feedbackIt is estimated that there are over 300 Mexican restaurants in the phx valley! I would probably say more? this number alone makes it a super competitive market with many options. blanco cocina cantina is however an outstanding stand in the category. as Fox restaurant they live and breathe consistency quality, and we were not disappointed! her amazing chips, salsa queso is a must. I loved the grilled mahi tacos. the atmosphere is exactly what they expect. it is a large space with a huge loop around bar in the middle. the staff is efficient, super friendly and knowledgeable. our whole food was fresh and perfectly prepared near. good work sam and team!
Pretty cool Mexican restaurant in the heart of scottsdale! fresh, tasty eating with a good choice and good options for vegetarian, vegan, etc. they make their own corn tortillas. excellent service! first experience? bria, manager has set me and the menu completely explained! wow! a great first impression?! server, aleez was also great?! I tried the two Tacos meal and made a little bite for the rice? carne asada taco was decent, shrimp I couldn't try because it had a smell? but aleez was so great to quickly fix the situation and replace my meal with another choice. I chose the braised chicken burrito. it's full of crushed chicken and buzzing. delicious?! try the agua fresca drink? so good! made with fresh squeezed ananas, orange, guava and lime juices plus sparkling water! yum! beautiful decoration, open, bright, festive. a few tvs around the bar to watch their favorite sports. small bar with tables on a side. great outdoor terrace, good parking and location! highly recommended!
As newcomers to the area, we followed a local's recommendation and headed to Blanco for a late evening light Mexican meal. My wife and I opted to share a dish to make the experience more enjoyable. We started with some delicious chips and salsa, which set a positive tone for the evening. For our main course, we ordered the combo plate, featuring a crispy taco, a cheese enchilada, and a bean tostada. Despite its seemingly modest description, the deep-fried tortillas were surprisingly flavorful and significantly enhanced our meal. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food and felt quite satisfied after sharing the platter. I can only imagine how wonderful the rest of the menu must be!
I visited during Arizona Restaurant Week and had a fantastic experience. I ordered an appetizer, two entrees, one dessert, and two drinks for just $55. The portions were quite generous (I even had leftovers to take home!). The food was delicious, and I enjoyed the sangria; it had a great flavor without being overly sweet, and the margarita was excellent as well. The service was attentive, and overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
Marcos, our server, provided outstanding service and had a wonderful attitude. I also want to commend the kitchen, as every dish was prepared to perfection. Kudos to the entire team!
