Chicken Mate - PARALOWIE

I ordered the Nugget pack with chips and salad, but they refused to give us the salad because they claimed there was a "mistake with the menu." They said it would be changing soon! They should at least inform us of this before we pay.

In my last two orders of a yiros, I was disappointed to find that there was no garlic sauce included. It’s really the best part!

The quality did not match the high prices. I was disappointed with the service, cleanliness, and food overall. The chicken was subpar, and the seafood salad had the tails still attached to the prawns, which I didn't appreciate in a mixed dish. The chips were also undercooked. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. It was a disappointing experience, although I did like the old-fashioned coin toy dispensers for kids—that was a nice touch.

Came in to order some chips and the male owner was rude, seemed to be having a bad day and taking it out on customers.

Quite expensive for the amount you receive $7 for medium and when you receive a lot of unpleasant chips, can be quite off putting to return back to store. Friendly lady behind the counter just not very nice chips.
