Starbucks - Paramus

This is definitely the worst Starbucks I've been to. There's always some kind of problem. Sometimes they just close without any explanation. Most of the time, it's drive-thru only, or they won't accept mobile orders. They frequently get drink orders wrong as well. Overall, it's really disappointing.

A spacious and comfortable spot to sit, work, or read while waiting for the local malls and stores to open. However, the interior could use a bit of refurbishment.

After that, I had to wait an additional 8 minutes to receive my drink and two cups of water. Each time the cashier opened the window, she seemed to be more focused on discussing personal issues—complaining about someone’s behavior and sharing other personal drama—rather than serving customers. I was left waiting for a vanilla bean for an astonishing 8 minutes. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I won't be returning. This location, which is ideally situated, deserves much better service. I suggest hiring more professional staff who can maintain appropriate conduct in the workplace.

I had a pleasant visit at this Starbucks. The establishment is clean and the staff was attentive as well. The music was mellow which I enjoyed. If you're ever in the neighborhood stop by and pay them a visit.

Went inside and had ordered an iced coffee. Nothing fancy. Waited 10 minutes for it before saying something to the team working inside. Didnt like to wait for 10 minutes for a black iced coffee. Inside wasnt busy but it seemed they were preparing mobile orders and drive thru before inside paying customers. Would not go to this location.
