A remarkable French-Spanish cuisine with high-end products. The cannellonis of the cheek and tail of beef and black truffle were remarkable. Map of good quality wines. Service impec. Not far from the Michelin macaron!
Five stars, not enough. They deserve more than that! It's creative, beautiful in the plate, good and the team is beautiful. A must!
Iberian flavours mixed with French cuisine are sumptuous. Fat, crunchy egg, belota crust and truffle, a pleasure. A nicer setting!
