Recently visited Paris for a short break and stayed in the same street as this fabulous funky bar! Walking distance from Rome and Villers metro stations. The French champagne was fresh and bubbly, the vino was good and the food was casual and plentiful ...all well priced. The place was full locals after work and had a great atmosphere buzzing! I was comfortable visiting solo and sitting at the bar, as it's not a huge overwhelming venue and the staff were wonderful, friendly and hard working! It was also a lovely spot to stop for a coffee and croissant in the morning while checking social media and working out my day as a tourist. Highly recommend you stop for at least a drink and a chat!
The place offer left over furniture of the 50/60ies (some call it retro , some marché de puce , kids think it is alternative table tops are a esthetic challenge , but the food is good ! Certainly not some chiceria .....but relaxed ! Personal fast and friendly...and the burgers are quite good. Prices for Paris normal......
Had a superb Sunday Brunch here. Great value and also wonderful for drinks. A fabulous place to visit.
Stopped at this place for a few drinks on a Tuesday night. Average priced drinks and a fun atmosphere with a hip crowd. Funny part, being American, is that men and women practically share a restroom. I was using the urinal right by the women's...stall. A woman walked in and politely smiles as I'm standing there taking care of business. I think more awkward for me than for her.
