Good bbq and fun sauce experience with the cow delivery system . Our only request is to please train your staff that some folks will want just meat and low carb options. Came in for lunch today, and the cashier literally said she could not proceed unless we picked a side. I asked her to just ring the meat up on a per pound pricing. We didn't want any sides. Took her a bit and seemed very confused. Low carb/Keto customers love barbecue meat, please don't make it awkward if we skip the sides. Thanks!! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Looks a little rough but don't all good barbeque restaurants. Had 2 meat plate, ribs and sliced beef. Ribs falling off the bone, brisket was delicious!
