Trackside Restaurant Bourbon Bar Llc (at The Paris Train Depot)

Our dining experience was quite disappointing when it came to the food. I have celiac disease and unfortunately ended up feeling unwell after the meal. Our friends ordered liver dishes, but they ended up sending them back because they were not satisfied. On a positive note, the waitress was exceptional and truly went above and beyond to help us. The restaurant itself is charming and has the potential to be a wonderful destination if only the food improved. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

Trackside is truly a hidden treasure. This renovated former railway station retains the charm of a bygone era, and you might even catch a train passing by now and then. Dining indoors is wonderful, but the outdoor seating is simply delightful. Plus, it's suitable for all weather conditions. The menu boasts a wide array of delicious options. Be sure to try the Hot Brown—it's fantastic! The chicken salad is also a standout. And for dessert, don't miss the incredible bread pudding, along with many other tasty choices!

I will definitely return because I truly enjoy this place. While I had a few minor complaints, I think they may have been due to being short-staffed, so I hope this was just an isolated incident. We didn't have enough silverware, and although I asked for more, it never arrived. I also requested celery to accompany my wings but didn’t receive it. Additionally, two of our guests ordered drinks from the bar but never got them, and two others ordered chicken livers, which were significantly overcooked.

I waited 30 minutes just for a beer, and then it took another 45 minutes to receive my chicken finger basket. The waitress seemed indifferent and disconnected when it came to service, displaying a rude attitude. If you choose to dine inside, be prepared to spend a total of 2 hours there. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.

The prime rib wasn't quite as good as I remember from my previous visits. However, it's still a fantastic restaurant, and I definitely plan to return.
