He was exceptionally kind to my children, ensured our order was delivered promptly even during a busy period with a catering order, and prepared the most delicious sandwiches I have had at a Firehouse in a while. Shaq's dedication to his job was evident in the quality of service he provided. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience.
Shaquille, the manager, and his team are always eager to please. The subs are always freshly prepared to our liking. Our favorite choices are the tuna sub and the club sub.
