Bidra med feedbackRooms: The rooms are okay for a short stay but they aren't exceptionally luxurious or spacious. Its perfect for one person and okay for a couple but that's about it. It completely lacks a kitchen so if you get anything dragged down to it (if you stay longer as a tennant) you'll do it on your dime and have to get it out without a scratch on the wall too. Food drinks: Lack of any semblance of a kitchen so for anything over a touristy one week stay, its not ideal
I would have given it negative stars if it was possible...... do not book a reservation at this place !!!!!We booked 3 or 4 weeks ago, received the confirmation, so all seemed good. Today I finished work and after loading up the bags and chucking the kids into the car, we drove from Cornwall to Stoke.Arrived to find the place all fenced off, so contacted a number on a security sign, to find that the place closed several weeks ago. The place has been ransacked, it's a dump.... It seems that there is a new owner who is going to sort it out and re-open, but any money paid out is never likely to be returned. So take my advice.....find somewhere else to book a room to stay.We thankfully managed to get a room at hotel opposite the railway station..... The Great Stafford Hotel.
Not been there for years but every time I see the place it LOOK A DUMP there loads and loads of rubbish outside and lots of bedding all over the carpark it looks just LIKE A TIPso if that what you can see on the outside what must the inside be like!!
Bad experience. Car parks empty. Dirty and unserviceable. Book with breakfast and I thought you had a bar and restaurant. They have nothing. Internet lies. I'll never come back.
The plough is closed at the moment undergoing refurbishment. It will open better than ever when the refurbishment is completed.
